Seven years on, what started here in Ireland as a small spark of an idea has grown into partnerships that span the globe. We are proud of the journey, grateful to everyone who has walked it with us and it is only the beginning.
One laptop. One standard. No compromise. Paul returned from London to Galway and It started humbly, as a one-person freelance journey. Our first engagement was with 123.ie for Google Ads. Within months the results proved the approach and new work followed. This year set the foundation. Big agency thinking with small team speed. Strategy backed by clean data and clear outcomes. The belief took shape. Measure what matters and you grow faster.
From freelancing to foundations. The momentum of 2018 carried into the new year, more clients, bigger campaigns, and the decision to grow beyond “just one.” Our first hire joined the team, and with it came our first office in Galway City. It was a small space, but it meant something bigger: Adhere was no longer an idea on a laptop. It was an agency in motion, built to scale.
🌍 COVID shut down tourism & hospitality clients overnight. But we adapted pivoting to ecommerce growth when businesses needed it most. Helping brands sell online wasn’t just survival. It was transformation.

So here we are, 7 years on, still doing what we love, growing brands, building partnerships, pushing boundaries, and celebrating every win with the people who matter most, our clients and our team. From those first campaigns run out of sheer passion to managing global strategies that move the needle, it’s been one incredible ride.
