Introduction:

N-Pro is an innovative sports technology brand revolutionising impact protection for athletes across diverse disciplines. Founded in Galway, Republic of Ireland, by Mark and Dr Sandra Ganly, N-Pro combines Mark’s extensive experience in sports equipment design and manufacturing with Dr Sandra’s PhD and expertise in biomedical engineering and medical device innovation.

Challenge:

As a sportswear company without a physical retail presence, N-Pro relies solely on online sales. Their primary goal was to increase sales within the Irish and UK markets.

Solution:

Upon onboarding N-Pro in November 2019, we initiated targeted campaigns using Google Ads. We strategically segmented campaigns for the UK and Ireland, tailoring them to each respective market. Our comprehensive approach included dedicated campaigns across Google Search, Shopping (Performance Max), Display, YouTube Shopping, and Demand Generation.

We personalised campaigns & set strategies through data-driven insights, tailoring messaging and targeting specific audience segments.

To enhance local visibility and drive sales, we introduced Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram Ads), amplifying brand awareness and engagement.

During peak seasons, such as the 6 Nations and the World Cup, we implemented Programmatic campaigns specifically targeting the UK audience.

Recognising the effectiveness of omni-channel marketing campaigns in various industries, we tested this approach with N-Pro. We integrated Klaviyo to leverage their customer list for email marketing and newsletters. Additionally, we implemented retargeting strategies across social media and Google Ads.

Results:

YoY, our omni-channel marketing approach has delivered impressive results, contributing to a 30% increase in revenue for N-Pro.
